Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Saskatchewan Canada Girl

The Amber Alert was canceled Wednesday morning (07-07) after the girl and her mother were found safe in Regina. The suspect has been taken into custody.

The State of North Dakota issued the Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon (07-06) after the girl was reportedly abducted in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada on Monday (07-05). The suspect is believed to be in South Dakota with the victim and the victim's mother. The girl's mother is also believed to be in danger.

Samantha Martyn, a White female, 4 years old, 3' 7", 50 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She has long hair and bangs.

The suspect is Christopher Martyn, a white male, 39 years old, 5' 8", 225 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his left wrist and a heart tattoo on his upper left arm.

The suspect vehicle is a Brown 2007 four-door Ford Taurus with Saskatchewan tag number 250-FMA.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Radio at 1-800-472-2121 or Royal Canadian Mounted Police at 1-877-762-6237 or dial 911.
