The State of Michigan canceled the Amber Alert Wednesday afternoon (07-07) after determining that the girl left willingly with the suspect. Both teens remain missing at this time.
The State of Michigan issued the Amber Alert Wednesday morning (07-07) after the girl was reportedly abducted by the suspect in Sanilac County. The suspect is known to carry weapons. The girl reportedly suffers from mental and physical disabilities.
Nicki Andrea Beltowski, a White female, 15 years old, 5' 3", 130 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Unknown clothing, but always wears a necklace with a key on it, severe mental/physical disability.
The suspect is Tyler Anthony Carter, a white male, 14 years old, 5' 8", 130 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Unknown clothing but likes to wear camo.
The suspect vehicle is a white Ford Crown Victoria with Michigan tag number CDH6632. Marine/semper fi license plate on front & marine and fire dept decals on back.
